🎉WELCOME TO SYFI POP FEST!
Syfi Pop Fest is a family-friendly celebration of music, arts, entertainment, comics, cosplay, collectibles, wrestling, creators, celebrities, and all things fandom.
Have fun, respect others, be yourself, and enjoy the fest!
1. 🎟️ ADMISSION & EVENT CHANGES
A valid Syfi Pop Fest ticket, wristband, badge, or other approved credential is required for entry and must remain with you during the event.
● Credentials may not be duplicated, altered, or fraudulently reproduced.
● Damaged or tampered credentials may not be accepted.
● Ticket transfers and refunds are subject to Syfi Pop Fest ticket terms.
● Children and minors must meet the requirements for their ticket type.
● Guests, vendors, panels, performers, wrestling matches, activities, schedules, and other programming may change or be canceled. Reasonable efforts will be made to announce significant changes.

2. 🤝 RESPECT & PERSONAL CONDUCT
Everyone deserves to feel safe and welcome. Treat attendees, children, families, cosplayers, guests, performers, artists, vendors, volunteers, staff, venue personnel, and security with respect.
The following are prohibited:
● Fighting, threats, intimidation, bullying, harassment, stalking, or unwanted sexual comments or advances
● Discriminatory or hateful conduct
● Behavior that makes another person feel unsafe
● Intentional disruption of panels, performances, or activities
● Property damage
● Refusal to follow reasonable instructions from staff or security
If someone asks you to stop unwanted behavior, stop.
3. 🧙 COSPLAY, PHOTOS & GUESTS
Cosplay is encouraged, but costumes must be appropriate for a family-friendly public event. Nudity, exposed intimate areas, explicit sexual content, extremely offensive imagery, and unsafe costume elements are not permitted. Staff may require costume modifications or removal.
Cosplay is not consent. Do not touch people, costumes, props, or personal belongings without permission. Do not make sexual comments, follow someone, invade personal space, or take inappropriate photographs.
Ask before taking close-up photos, and respect any refusal. Do not block walkways, interrupt activities, or film anyone who has asked you not to. Professional or commercial photography and video may require prior approval.
Guests and special performers may have separate rules for autographs, selfies, photographs, recordings, gifts, payments, and limits. Follow their instructions and those of their representatives. Do not touch guests without permission, interrupt private breaks, enter restricted areas, demand services, or argue with guest staff.
Syfi Pop Fest may photograph or record portions of the event. By attending, you acknowledge that you may appear in recordings used for promotional, social media, advertising, or archival purposes.
4. ⚔️ PROPS, WEAPONS & PROHIBITED ITEMS
Prop weapons and replicas are allowed only when safe and approved by event or security staff. They may be inspected and must never be handled or displayed in a threatening manner or pointed at another person.
Real or functional weapons, ammunition, explosives, fireworks, illegal drugs, hazardous materials, dangerous objects, unauthorized commercial solicitation, and items prohibited by the venue or applicable law are not permitted. Syfi Pop Fest and venue security may determine whether an item presents a safety concern.
When in doubt, contact Syfi Pop Fest before arriving.
5. 🎤 PANELS, ACTIVITIES & VENUE SAFETY
Arrive early for scheduled activities; seating may be limited and first-come, first-served unless otherwise stated. Follow all age, participation, photography, recording, and safety requirements.
Keep aisles, doors, and emergency exits clear. Do not sit in walkways, leave bags unattended, climb on furniture or structures, enter restricted areas, block emergency personnel, or tamper with emergency equipment. Keep large props and costume pieces out of traffic areas.
During an emergency, remain calm and follow instructions from Syfi Pop Fest staff, security, Venetian Center personnel, police, fire/rescue, and other emergency responders. Do not ignore evacuation instructions or create false emergencies or threats. Report concerns to staff or security.
Smoking and vaping are permitted only where allowed by the venue and applicable law.
6. 🛍️ VENDORS, FOOD & CLEANLINESS
Treat vendor merchandise, artwork, displays, and equipment with care. Ask before touching items, do not move displays without permission, and prevent children from climbing on tables or displays.
Purchases are made directly with individual vendors unless otherwise stated. Vendor payment, return, and exchange policies apply.
Follow Venetian Center rules regarding outside food and beverages. Keep food and drinks away from merchandise, artwork, electronics, and other property. Dispose of trash properly and do not damage or leave messes in the venue.
7. 👨👩👧 CHILDREN & MINORS
Parents and legal guardians are responsible for supervising children and minors. Syfi Pop Fest staff, volunteers, security, and vendors are not childcare providers.
Keep children within sight, review event safety rules, establish a family meeting location, identify event staff, and secure personal belongings. If separated from a child, immediately contact Syfi Pop Fest staff or venue security.
8. 🔐 PERSONAL PROPERTY & LOST ITEMS
Keep track of your belongings. Syfi Pop Fest is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
Turn found items in to Syfi Pop Fest staff or the designated lost-and-found location.
9. 🚨 ENFORCEMENT & LIABILITY
Syfi Pop Fest reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone who violates these rules or venue policies, breaks the law, creates a safety concern, harasses or threatens others, disrupts the event, or refuses reasonable staff or security instructions. Removal may occur without a refund, and serious incidents may be reported to authorities.
By attending, you agree to follow these rules, venue policies, applicable laws, and staff instructions.
